Client Executive - Partner
 Jim attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where he received a BS in
Marketing with a concentration in Finance. After graduation he joined
Sony Corporation where he supervised Sony's Import/Export Operations and
later moved to the Broadcast Products Division as Procurement
Supervisor. He left Sony for a Sales Engineer position at Centro
Corporation. Centro specialized in building broadcast facilities and
vehicles.
In the late 80s, Jim began a computer supply company specializing in a
new market. Remanufactured laser printer toner cartridges. Over the
years, this company evolved into a full service computer hardware,
networking, and supply company. Late in 2000, his company began to focus
on providing Internet solutions to their customer base. In 2004 he
teamed up with Hector Vilches and the newly formed impressM.
Jim's interests include sailing, cycling, travel, and more.

Operations - Founding Partner
 Hector began programming in the early 1980s and his interest in technology has never waned. In the mid 90's, he was hired by Laser Plus to install and support computer networks. There he had the opportunity to work on and support the wide area networks of several large firms, including VARN International and Zenith Goldline Pharmaceuticals. It was while at Laser Plus that the early websites were built, and website hosting began. In the late 90's he left Laser Plus to cut his teeth on Internet technologies, and provide hosting for 1000's of sites. Eventually, this lead to founding impressM,LLC in 2004, to focus on business website development.
Hector spends much of his free time training and road racing his bicycle for Team Marty's!

Controller
 Gina graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1986 with a BA degree in accounting. She spent the next twelve years gaining experience in the accounting and finance field as a Staff Accountant, Revenue Accountant, Financial Analyst, and Accounting Supervisor while working for Case, Pomeroy and Company, Brennan/Beer/Gorman Architects, and Automatic Data Processing. She most recently held the position of Controller for The Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, New Jersey where she oversaw the accounting, payroll, human resources, and office management functions of the facility for over nine years. Gina is excited to be applying her knowledge and experience to a new industry with impressM.
Gina spends as much of her free time as possible with husband Dan and daughter Amy while waiting patiently(!) to adopt a second daughter from China.

Project Manager
 Alvaro joined the team in December of 2006 after previous experience working in the software developing industry. He holds a bachelor´s degree in International Business from Lindenwood University, in St Charles, MO.
He is currently our Project Manager and spends his time as the link between our clients needs and our team´s capabilities. Alvaro is currently also in charge of the MamboCMS trainings provided after all projects are completed.
His interests include foreign languages and traveling abroad.

 Sergio is the new member of the impressM team; he brings many years of experience working as a Web Design Project Manager in the Connecticut area. Sergio is in charge of taking care of all projects handled by our team, with special attention to communication with clients.
Sergio is a father of a beautiful 5 year-old girl and spends his time off playing and teaching her Spanish. |

 With 10 years in video production, seven years in web design, Kurt came to impressM as a well-rounded expert in the multimedia industry. As a highly competent and experienced professional, Kurt specializes in incorporating Flash and video into intuitive and creative interactive environments. Spending his off time as Father and Husband.

Designer / Programmer
 Ignacio is a great all around designer with an eye for, clean, classy, high-end design.His ability to produce customs designs fit to fullfil clients´expectations are second to none and his skills with code have also earned him the reputation of a great designer/programmer. A perfectionist, Ignacio likes to improve his ways constantly and that has taken him to be our most knowledgeable MamboCMS expert.
Ignacio is also a cinematographer with several productions under his belt, and he spends his free time with his young son called Galo.

 Guillermo is a new addition to the impressM team, he brings years of experience in the web design industry. A Multimedia Designer, Guillermo is a true expert in Flash and 3D Studio, providing great expression to any project with his knack for modern, clean looking designs.
A father of a beautiful 4 month old baby, Guillermo spends his off hours enjoying his new born daughter and working on his car.

Programmer
 Jose is a young professional with great experience in web development. He is an senior PHP/MySql programmer with great knowledge of XHML, XML and CSS. He has worked in the past with several Content Management Systems and Frameworks for PHP and Javascript.
At the moment he is getting his certification in PHP as he gets closer to become a Software Engineer. |
