I have a problem and prefer talking to someone for an answer. Will you provide phone support?
All our clients benefit from unlimited support via our Support Desk
ticketing system. This provides an audit trail of communication so that
all the details can be passed on to whomever may be working your
problem. It also allows us to focus on fixing problems instead of
answering the phone!
BTO Basic, BTO Professional, or BTO Custom customers receive a
one-on-one training session via remote conferencing. Additional
one-on-one support and training can be arranged. Also, if you have any
questions or wish to purchase one of our BTO design plans, please do
not hesitate to call.
If you are purchasing, or have purchased, hosting only or a DIY
SiteBuilder package, please use email or our Support Desk, and open a
