Jim Schlott
Client Executive - Partner

Content Managed Websites New JerseyA New Jersey Native, Jim has been involved in business technology his entire career. His interest in websites started in 1997. Since then, he's helped launch nearly one thousand websites.

As a principle at impressM Websites, he helps customers leverage their websites to market their company, save time, money, and enhance communication. impressM designs, develops, builds, maintains and hosts content managed (CMS) websites. In addition to their great looking websites, impressM has developed numerous hosted applications including; document repositories, club management, dance studio eCommerce class registration, complex program/class scheduling and more.

Jim is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, a member of Jersey Shore Public Relations and Advertising Association, and a member of the Raritan Yacht Club.

Jim currently has a student pilot certificate and is working toward his private pilot's certificate.
Hector Vilches
Operations - Founding Partner

cmsHector began programming in the early 1980s and his interest in technology has never waned. In the mid 90's, he was hired by Laser Plus to install and support computer networks. There he had the opportunity to work on and support the wide area networks of several large firms, including VARN International and Zenith Goldline Pharmaceuticals. It was while at Laser Plus that the early websites were built, and website hosting began. In the late 90's he left Laser Plus to cut his teeth on Internet technologies, and provide hosting for 1000's of sites. Eventually, this lead to founding impressM,LLC in 2004, to focus on business website development.

Hector spends much of his free time training and road racing his bicycle for Team Marty's!
Gina Wydner
Controller

ImageGina graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1986 with a BA degree in accounting. She spent the next twelve years gaining experience in the accounting and finance field as a Staff Accountant, Revenue Accountant, Financial Analyst, and Accounting Supervisor while working for Case, Pomeroy and Company, Brennan/Beer/Gorman Architects, and Automatic Data Processing. She most recently held the position of Controller for The Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, New Jersey where she oversaw the accounting, payroll, human resources, and office management functions of the facility for over nine years. Gina is excited to be applying her knowledge and experience to a new industry with impressM.
Gina spends as much of her free time as possible with husband Dan and daughter Amy while waiting patiently(!) to adopt a second daughter from China.
Alvaro Diaz
Project Manager

njAlvaro joined the team in December of 2006 after previous experience working in the software developing industry. He holds a bachelor´s degree in International Business from Lindenwood University, in St Charles, MO.
He is currently our Project Manager and spends his time as the link between our clients needs and our team´s capabilities. Alvaro is currently also in charge of the MamboCMS trainings provided after all projects are completed.
His interests include foreign languages and traveling abroad.
Guillermo del Pino
Designer

ImageGuillermo is a new addition to the impressM team, he brings years of experience in the web design industry. A Multimedia Designer, Guillermo is a true expert in Flash and 3D Studio, providing great expression to any project with his knack for modern, clean looking designs.
A father of a beautiful 4 month old baby, Guillermo spends his off hours enjoying his new born daughter and working on his car.

Kurt Boeker

ImageWith 10 years in video production, seven years in web design,  Kurt came to impressM as a well-rounded expert in the multimedia industry. As a highly competent and experienced professional, Kurt specializes in incorporating Flash and video into intuitive and creative interactive environments. Spending his off time as Father and Husband.
